Waste Oil Re-Refining
The refinery market is one of the most challenging industries we have seen in the world. Waste mineral oil recycling has matured in many ways over the past 20 years. However, factors such as changing quality standards and environmental policies have replaced the maturing recycling processes with new generation advanced technological systems. Using technologies from decades ago is no longer economical, but means falling behind the market market.
Mineral Waste Oil Re-Refining Technology Types
ASID & CLAY PROCESS
The mineral waste oil is heated in a reactor with flame tube in the middle. With this heating made under vacuum, water, fuel and oil are taken respectively from the mineral waste oil. Clean oil is mixed with sulphuric acid and in this process metal salts, acids, aromatics and other contaminants are separated. It is then mixed with clay for color treatment.
